My name is Tessa Penner and I am currently in my second year of the UVic bachelor of education program. Welcome to my EDCI 336 (Technology and Innovation in Education) blog, where I will explore my free inquiry project, as well as reflections on the course.

This week we had our very first tech class! This week we got our blogs up and running and talked about the expectations of this class. Through my blog I will be doing assignment one and two which are the weekly reflections, and the free inquiry. I am going to be exploring creating different types of media including using visual representations, videos, screen recording, podcasts, picture editing and more!

I am really looking forward to learning about creating different media, as I have little experience using video and image editing tools. With that being said I am slightly concerned about learning how to create these different forms of media as technology can make me feel really frustrated. I often have issues finding different files throughout my computer so I hope to work on this throughout the term. Stay tuned for weekly updates!
