This week I chose to make out of this world gluten free brownies. They turned out a little bit more crumbly than usually, but I think this is to due with some oven issues that I have recently been facing. I’ve made this recipe many times and it has always been delicious. I often decide to add icing to the brownie, but this week it was just do crumbly. Recipe
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 tea. vanilla
- 1 cup corn oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cups cold water
Put all ingredients in a bowl in order given. Beat until smooth, but avoid over mixing. Turn into 9″ x 13″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (NO LONGER). When cool top with chocolate icing and chopped nuts if desired.
